摘要: Research on human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) is one of the fastest growing fields in biomedicine. Generated from patient's own somatic cells, hiPSCs can be differentiated towards all functional cell types and returned to patient without immunological concerns. 3D printing could enable generation organs for replacement therapies or realization organ-on-chip systems individualized medicine. Printing living was demonstrated with immortalized lines, primary adult different technologies biomaterials. However, are more sensitive handling procedures, particular, when dissociated into single cells. Both pluripotency directed differentiation influenced by numerous environmental factors including culture media, biomaterials, density. Notably, existing literature effect applied biomaterials rather ambiguous. In this study, laser bioprinting undifferentiated combination performed impact cells' behavior, pluripotency, investigated. Our findings suggest that indeed but not itself. With appropriate such as hyaluronic acid based solutions successfully printed losing their pluripotency.
