As changes to incorporate the use of computer systems, service delivery using Electronic Health Record (EHR) created unforeseen challenges providers and they serve. This challenge appears mainly involve change in actions, behaviors mental models by EHR [Senge, 2006]. is necessary if want remain competitive, improve quality care, reduce costs.
