摘要: The mechanisms whereby the urate crystal initiates acute attack of gout have been sought for more than a century; critical experiments are described through which it has established that after crystal's ingestion by cell, hydrogen bonding occurs between and lysosomal membrane. result is membrane rupture, release enzymes, cell autolysis, discharge enzymes into joint fluid.
