摘要: Objective. To estimate the risk of malignancy in a cohort patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) from university medical center. Methods. Standardized ratios 95 % confidence intervals for all cancers calculated. Results. Six (2.7%) observed 219 during observation interval (1981-91) after first visit Pittsburgh. was 4.42. standardized ratio 1.36 (95 0.50-2.96). frequency not increased small had received immunosuppressive drugs before diagnosis cancer.
