摘要: Abstract A liquid chromatographic (LC) method with ultraviolet-visible photodiode array (UV-VIS PDA) detection was developed to measure penicillin G in bovine milk. chromatographic-mass spectrometric (LC-MS) procedure divised confirm the LC method. The involved diluting milk a drug-releasing solvent consisting of acetonitrile-methanol-water and ultrafiltration through 10 000 dalton cutoff filter. Penicillin separated from other components ultrafiltrate by ion-paired using reversed-phase microbore column eluted 25% acetonitrile solution. confirmed thermospray LC-MS. limit for determination estimated be ppb UV-VIS PDA 100
