摘要: Sweet sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) has been recognized as an important ethanol crop which can be planted in marginal lands China, but little is known about its photosynthetic characteristics this environment. We investigated gas exchange parameters and biomass yield under different watering regimes along the oases chain of Hexi Corridor China. The results showed that net rate (Pn) exhibited a mid-day depression serious drought stress (SD). However, during soft dough stage, diurnal changes maximum photochemical efficiency photosystem II, PSII (Fv/Fm) obvious decline, indicating existence photoinhibition. Under normal water (NW) moderate (MD) conditions, there was unimodal pattern except jointing stage MD, no evidence highest use (WUE) occurred MD early middle growth stages, while it SD late stage. With increasing stress, light compensation point (LCP) increased, whereas saturation (LSP), apparent quantum (AQY) dark respiration (Rd) declined. stem fresh (77 t·hm). main conclusion study caused photoinhibition sweet decreased WUE biomass. NW, avoided however, decreased. As result, achieved MD.
