摘要: . Male adult mice of the C57B1 strain were grafted subcutaneously with two maxillary molar teeth extracted from 10-day-old same strain. The grafts removed at intervals 2 to 50 days after transplantation and examined histologically. cellular components degenerated rapidly until by four only a narrow strip viable tissue remained cervix. Blood vessels entered cervix five spread throughout pulp during following week. At time, was repopulated. Cellular dentin deposited days, condensations cells visible adjacent these deposits. These differentiated into odontoblasts which gradually formed continuous layer in transplants secreted varying amounts secondary dentin. derivatives dental papilla thus recovered their function whereas enamel organ epithelial cysts around crowns transplanted teeth. No root growth occurred any grafts. It is thought that initial loss blood supply subsequent establishment vascular connections between host graft influenced pattern type degeneration repair.
