摘要: We report here the energy spectra of positron-induced electrons emitted from single- and multilayer graphene films. One UT Arlington's two Time Flight positron beam systems was used to deposit very low (KE < 1.5 eV) positrons at surface samples consisting a) 1 layer on polycrystalline Cu b) 6-8 layers deposited Cu. A time flight spectrometer measure electrons. peak in electron spectrum observed ~263 eV corresponding annihilation induced Auger as a result KVV transition samples, which were comparable intensity that bulk graphite sample. In addition, we have extends up ~15 eV. Our observation signal has significant indicates can be efficiently trapped down single-layer.
