摘要: We have studied the behavior of gallium in porous glass. Except for a few lines \ensuremath{\alpha}-Ga, main pattern x ray does not fit with any previously reported phase gallium. By resistivity measurements, just above superconducting transition, an anomalous peak at 6.3 K was observed. Lack x-ray patterns \ensuremath{\beta}-Ga and \ensuremath{\delta}-Ga suggests that 6.4 transition might be due to new or \ensuremath{\beta} strong disorder. \textcopyright{} 1996 The American Physical Society.
