摘要: Experiments were performed concerning the influence of soil organic matter on Cd availability to wheat seedlings. Cadmium added was bound by alkali soluble humic substances through linkages so strong that it not removable seedlings under toxic limit. linked principally found in fulvic acids, and after polyamide chromatography latter, all completely recovered first fraction which contained major part aminoacid compounds. These findings suggest interactions between proteic substances, frequently reported studies animal tissues, are active too.
