摘要: Abstract The interlayer adhesion of roll-to-roll processed flexible inverted P3HT:PCBM bulk heterojunction (BHJ) polymer solar cells is reported. Poor between adjacent layers may result in loss device performance from delamination driven by the thermomechanical stresses device. We demonstrate how a thin-film technique can be applied to organic obtain quantitative values. For P3HT:PCBM-based BHJ cells, interface with conductive layer PEDOT:PSS was found weakest. fracture energy varied 1.6 J/m 2 0.1 J/m depending on composition layer. Post-deposition annealing time and temperature were shown increase at this interface. Additionally are compared V O 5 whereby adhesive failure marked high energies observed.
