摘要: Abstract Slab tearing below western Turkey had first-order tectonic and magmatic consequences by inducing a lateral gradient of extension in the upper plate toroidal flow asthenosphere that affected typology distribution melts at surface. But coupling mechanisms between 3D mantle depth deformation above slab tear have received little attention so far. This paper is focused on description kinematics eastern part Aegean Sea, within transition zone Cyclades Menderes Massif, which been studied. By investigating Dodecanese Eastern islands, we thus complete extensional strain field overriding around tear. There, related to retreat keeps constant NNE-SSW direction accommodating difference finite rates extension, without localized crustal-scale strike-slip faults block rotations In addition, despite complexity involved Aegean-Anatolian orogenic wedge, similar structural position recognized through entire region. From top bottom, found (i) Lycian units were exhumed earlier, Late Cretaceous, (ii) higher-pressure higher-temperature (i.e. Upper Cycladic Blueschist Nappe), with exception Vourliotes nappe Samos, finally (iii) colder such as Amorgos unit, its cover before Main Metamorphism overprint Lower Nappe (e.g. Milos, Folegandros, Fourni islands).
