摘要: The value and relevance of indigenous knowledge towards sustainability human societies drives for its preservation. This work explored the use Facebook groups to promote knowledge among Igorot peoples in diaspora. virtual communities help intensify connection Igorot migrants their traditional culture despite challenges assimilation to a different society. A survey posts on 20 identified classified cultural elements conveyed through social media. subsequent survey 56 revealed that popular social media has significant role exchange, revitalization, practice, learning indigenous culture; inciting an effective medium leverage preservation strategies.
