摘要: An alternative technique for orthotopic heart transplantation is described. The principle consists of total excision the recipient's right atrium with donor implantation performed using bicaval anastomoses; left done in standard fashion. This approach technically simple and preserves anatomic physiologic function integrity atrium, especially conduction system.
