摘要: Abstract A series of ring-shear tests was conducted on saturated loess to investigate the effects NaCl concentration in pore water and desalinization shear behavior under undrained conditions. The samples were taken from ground surface a frequently active landslide China, by de-aired, distilled with different concentrations NaCl, then sheared undrained. After that, retrieved, remolded, re-set into box, re-saturated passing through such that desalinized, again. Through comparing behavior, pore-water examined. results showed variation can strongly affect loess. Both peak strength steady-state increased increase until certain value, after which they decreased further concentration. Meanwhile, desalinized recovered those original sample; hence, salinization are reversible. These findings may be practical importance better understand repeated occurrence some irrigation-induced landslides China.
