摘要: 1679 Objectives To evaluate the feasibility of a novel blood pool PET imaging agent, 68Ga-NOTA-NEB, derivative Evans blue dye, in differentiating focal hepatic lesions. Methods A total 11 patients with lesion(s) diagnosed by enhanced CT and/or MRI were recruited and underwent FDG 68Ga-NOTA-NEB PET/CT. The diagnosis was based on pathological result surgical removal or biopsy. Results After intravenous injection, 68Ga-NEB forms complex serum albumin majority radioactivity retained circulation. Among lesion(s), all hemangiomas showed much higher signal intensity (SUVmean=6.83±1.38) than surrounding normal tissues (SUVmean=3.69±0.53, P Conclusions In combination 18F-FDG PET, PET/CT can be great value for differential cysts, hemangioma other benign lesions from malignancy, especially history malignancy.
