摘要: Abstract After breast surgery for cancer, a woman must adapt to changes in bodily appearnce and altered views of the future. Assuming that adaptation these can be facilitated by provision supportive care, an intervention program was designed. Counselling information were offered patients intedisciplinary team before, during, after hospitalization. Women receiving services (n=21) compared with women standard medical care (n=18) immediately again two months later. The results indicated affective responses group more labile than those control surgery; differences diminished over time. surgery, both groups equivalent on measure self-efficacy. Two later, however, scored significantly higher this measure. These are seen as evidence social-support, effective.
