摘要: Abstract This article reports on a large-scale, international focus group study that examined the experiences of mobile technology users in Hong Kong, Japan, Finland, and United States. It identifies eight central paradoxes shape user experience behavior, suggests possible design features relate to experienced paradoxes, discusses how these could be better managed.
