摘要: The current status of the use luminescent nanoparticles for thermometry in animal models is reviewed detail. different types capable deep tissue temperature sensing are described, paying special attention to physical mechanisms at root their thermal capacity. Their sensitivities listed and compared. This review describes most relevant experiments, which luminescence nanothermometry has been successfully applied small level, including development controlled therapies as well subtissue diagnosis procedures. Advantages disadvantages nanothermometers discussed.
