摘要: Abstract A tetracyanodiphenoquinodimethane (TCNDQ) analog containing fused thiadiazole rings is a stronger electron acceptor than tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ). The single crystals of this TCNDQ were found to exhibit semiconductive behaviors as component whose structures revealed by X-ray structure analysis. anion radical salts with Et4N and Me4P ions obtained electrochemical reduction. They are 1:1 showed behaviors. include tape-like networks formed S–N contacts. Furthermore, one the benzothiadiazole was replaced thiophene unit give new π-extended quinonoid acceptors which highly polarized their absorption maxima above 500 nm.
