摘要: Hydrogen sulfide is emerging as a critically important molecule in medicine, yet there are few methods for the long-term delivery of molecules that degrade to release H2S. In this paper first thiobenzamide degrades H2S described. A series polymers were synthesized by copolymerization L-lactide and lactide functionalized with 4-hydroxythiobenzamide. new method attach functional groups derivative described based on addition thiol an α,β-unsaturated using catalytic I2. This reaction proceeded under mild conditions did not ring-open lactone. The copolymers had molecular weights from 8 88 kg mol−1 PDIs below 1.50. Two sets microparticles fabricated copolymer; average diameters 0.53 12 μm. degradation smaller was investigated buffered water demonstrate slow over 4 weeks. Based ability synthesize different loadings known precursor H2S, these particles provide polymer-based deliver days
