摘要: Purpose – This paper aims to draw the disciplines of demography and housing research closer together looks social indicators for an insight into level house prices. Design/methodology/approach A two-stage process was used examine a global capital city. The first stage area analysis household characteristics at suburb level, followed by two which examined relationship between these demographic valuables Findings While acknowledging overall values is also influenced many other factors including economic political variables, considerable differences in different suburbs can reliably be explained variables.
