摘要: Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS) is an analytical technique for fast and precise determination of biological molecules. Intact molecular ions are produced by short pulsed irradiation the biomolecules which enbedded in a matrix consisting small highly absorbing organic Mass analysis most often carried out linear or reflector time-of-flight spectrometer. The accessible range > 500 000 Da, accuracy < 50 ppm peptides 2000 Da can be reached, sample amounts required 1 pmol less. Proteins, glycoproteins, oligonucleotides oligosacharides analyzed.
