摘要: An integrated circuit includes multiple power domains. Supply current switch circuits (SCSCs) are distributed across each domain. When a signal is present on control node within SCSC, the SCSC couples local supply bus of domain to global bus. enable path extends through SCSCs so that an can be propagated down chain from node, thereby turning one by one. powered up, asserts propagates first SCSCs. After programmable amount time, second chain. By spreading over large currents would otherwise associated with coupling and buses together avoided.
