摘要: Apolipophorin III (apoLp-III), a lipid-binding protein and an insect homolog of human apolipoprotein E, plays important role in lipid transport immune response insects. In the present study, we have demonstrated correlation time between changes apoLp-III abundance occurring hemolymph, hemocytes, fat body after immunization Galleria mellonella larvae with Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli, Gram-positive Micrococcus luteus, yeast Candida albicans, filamentous fungus Fusarium oxysporum. Using two-dimensional electrophoresis (IEF/SDS-PAGE) immunoblotting anti-apoLp-III antibodies, profile forms G. challenged fungi has been analyzed. Besides major (pI=6.5), one three additional differing pI value detected, respectively, non-immunized Also, evidence provided that particular apoLp-III-derived polypeptides appear challenge are mainly hemolymph hemocytes. The their appearance persistence was dependent on pathogen used. At least two detected bound to microbial cell surface. increasing number differences profiles observed different immunogens confirmed discriminating pathogens by defense system antibacterial as well antifungal response.
