摘要: This paper discusses the results of an empirical evaluation assessing 3D male and female embodied conversational agents that were formally dressed casually in three interactive VRML retail environments ‐ a cinema box-office, travel agency bank. Participants completed tasks each application by conversing with after which they questionnaires regarding their attitude toward applications, agent’s behaviour voice, personality, trustworthiness appearance. Results showed participants enjoyed speaking to all applications. The rated similarly applications claim have role play as assistants is supported. However, qualitative suggested found it difficult trust banking application. also expressed desire for be those dressed.
