摘要: A thin film of poly(eriochrome black T) was deposited on the surface glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry, and this system is shown to enable sensitive determination adenine (A) guanine (G). Scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy electrochemical impedance were carried out characterize which exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity toward oxidation G in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (pH 4.0). Square wave voltammetry reveals an peak at 1084 mV whose current linearly related concentration range from 0.05 1.00 μM. The for occurs 788 mV, its 0.025 detection limits are 0.017 μM 0.008 (at S/N = 3), respectively. modified displays good reproducibility selectivity G. sensor applied quantify fish sperm DNA with satisfactory results.
