摘要: Abstract The 16S rRNA mitochondrial gene was used to reconstruct the relationships among 10 heteronemertean species (subclass Heteronemertea, phylum Nemertea);Lineus ruberandL. viridisare represented by more than one specimen assess intraspecific variation in these enigmatic species, and analysis includes total 14 terminal taxa incorporating palaeonemertean (Tubulanus annulatus) for outgroup rooting. aligned sequences were subjected maximum parsimony, maximum-likelihood, neighbor-joining analyses estimate phylogenetic relationship of species. results concordant from all indicate that neitherLineusnorMicruraare monophyletic taxa, there is no support a point view establish monotypic genusRiseriellus.
