Surgical treatment of gastric cancer

摘要: Despite the decrease in incidence observed during last decades, gastric adenocarcinoma remains fourth most common cancer world and second leading cause of cancer-related death. Radical surgical resection is best treatment option, though role extended super-extended lymphadenectomy debatable. This review examines different issues related to early advanced as well recent strategies for prevention peritoneal carcinomatosis.
