摘要: The importance of the ability organisms to metabolize exogenous chemicals is gaining increasing recognition. It now demonstrated that such metabolism fundamental significance not only in mode action chemicals, plants resistance effect applied but also determines amount chemical may be left on crops harvested for human utilization (Freed et al. 1961). In addition, wide scale as pesticides, and wholesale discharge organic detergents or effluents from manufacturing into atmosphere water results contamination man’s environment. Metabolism these contaminants by micro-organisms soil provides a means reducing level exposure man. For foregoing reasons, then, an understanding plant takes greater importance.
