摘要: The knowledge about the genetics of bone tumors has considerably expanded in past two decades, including discovery a number tumor-specific genetic alterations. studies have provided novel biomarkers for tumor diagnostics, as well candidate targets therapies. This review gives comprehensive overview alterations both benign and malignant tumors, covering nearly all entities lacking only few rarest ones with extremely scarce data. In addition, most important techniques used diagnostics research are presented.
