摘要: ABSTRACT The fauna of the Shubuta clay, "Red Bluff" marl, Forest Hill formation, and Bumpnose limestone has been considered to be intermediate between "typical Jacksonian" Vicksburgian" faunas. cheilostome bryozoans in these sediments are much more similar those Vicksburgian than Jacksonian. name Spondylus dumosus zone is here proposed designate containing this fauna.
