摘要: Background: Smartphone apps are a promising tool for delivering accessible and appealing physical activity interventions. Given the large growth of research in this field, there now enough studies using “gold standard” experimental design—the randomized controlled trial design—and employing objective measurements activity, to support meta-analysis these scientifically rigorous studies. Objective: This systematic review aimed determine effectiveness smartphone increasing objectively measured adults. Methods: A total 7 electronic databases (EMBASE, EmCare, MEDLINE, Scopus, Sport Discus, The Cochrane Library, Web Science) were searched from 2007 January 2018. Following Population, Intervention, Comparator, Outcome Study Design format, eligible if they trials involving adults, used app as primary or sole component intervention, no- minimal-intervention control condition, either form moderate-to-vigorous minutes steps. quality was assessed 25-item based on Consolidated Standards Reporting Trials checklist. study effects conducted random model approach. Sensitivity analyses examine whether intervention differed basis length, target behavior (physical alone vs combination with other health behaviors), population (general adult specific populations). Results: removal duplicates, 6170 identified original database searches. Of these, 9 studies, 1740 participants, met eligibility criteria. 6 could be included steps per day. In comparison conditions, produced nonsignificant (P=.19) increase participants’ average day, mean difference 476.75 day (95% CI −229.57 1183.07) between groups. suggested that programs duration less than 3 months more effective evaluated across (P=.01), targeted isolation diet (P=.04). Physical did not appear differ population. Conclusions: provides modest evidence supporting activity. To date, have been most short term (eg, up months). Future is needed understand time course investigate strategies sustain over time.
