摘要: Success in software product business requires the release of new products and upgrades with right amount features quality within an open market window. For this, a systematic approach for managing contents, timing roles future releases as well architecture is needed. In practice, such often missing, especially small companies, due to inexperience, unclear priorities, time-tomarket pressures, or lack suitable process infrastructure. this paper, we present based on roadmapping that can aid companies their planning. We also discuss initial experiences from using three companies. The roadmap expresses development schedules, composition individual releases, changes underlying technology, services requiring attention planned resource usage.
