摘要: The antiobesity effects of Chinese black tea (Pu-erh tea) and gallic acid (GA) were investigated using in vitro vivo assays. extract (BTE) GA inhibited pancreatic lipase activity a dose-dependent manner vitro; the IC(inhibitory concentration)(50) values 101.6 9.2 µg/mL, respectively. Black (50, 100 mg/kg body weight (b.w.)) (15, 45 b.w.) significantly suppressed elevation blood triglyceride after oral administration corn oil emulsion (8 mL oil/kg to male ddY mice. Moreover, BTE also evaluated mouse model diet-induced obesity. Female mice divided into seven groups; normal diet (ND) group, high fat (HFD) (0.2% 0.6% diets) groups, (0.007%, 0.02% 0.1% experimental groups fed test diets for 12 weeks. showed significant suppression gain. parametrial adipose tissue was strongly correlated with weight. These results suggest that contributes effect as an active constituent by inhibiting activity.
