摘要: An encoding method generates an encoded image according to a predetermined format. The includes the step of, for each block of pixels, determining average colour colours pixels in space; selecting at least one luminance line dependence on offset space from line; identifying set candidate base lying and determining, using values, pixel colours. offsets are selected error indicative sum distance between pixels.
