Families and Work

摘要: For most adults, family and work roles are the significant sources of identity. Historically, social scientists investigated as if they were separate from one another; economy studied distinct institutions. As more women have entered paid labor force, researchers increasing attention to linkages between (Bielby Bielby, 1988b).
