摘要: Involvement of excessive Th1 cell functions and heat shock protein expression in the pathogenesis Behcet's disease (BD) has been reported. In this study we have characterized immune responses intestinal lesions BD. Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) BD healthy controls (HC) tissue specimens (intestinal BD), Crohn's (CD) ulcerative colitis (UC) were analysed for mRNA by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) immunohistochemistry, respectively. PBL patients expressed Th1-related chemokine receptor, CCR5 CXCR3 preferentially compared with those controls. Intestinal interferon (IFN)-gamma, tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha interleukin (IL)-12 mRNA, indicating skewed vivo. Txk, a Tec family tyrosine kinase specific to cells, was lesions, suggesting its contribution Th1-dominant responses. samples, detected all cases BD, whereas Th2-related CCR3 CCR4 randomly, mainly inactive receiving large amounts prednisolone, lesions. As ligands CCR5, MIP1alpha MIP1beta detected, RANTES not. Heat (HSP) 60 tissues HSP60 may induce inflammatory thus be associated
