摘要: Summary 1.The groin flap, a single pedicled flap similar in principle to the delto-pectoral but exploiting superficial circumflex iliac arterio-venous system, is described. 2.Its role resurfacing hand and forearm as substitute for standard tube pedicle described its advantages these other roles discussed.
