摘要: Amblyopia is a common yet hard-to-cure disease in children and results poor or blurred vision. Some efforts such as voxel-based analysis, cortical thickness analysis have been tried to reveal the pathogenesis of amblyopia. However, few studies focused on alterations functional connectivity (FC) In this study, we analyzed abnormalities amblyopia patients by both seed-based FC with left/right primary visual cortex network constructed throughout whole brain. Experiments showed following results: (1)As for between superior occipital gyrus was found significantly decrease sides. The were also lingual gyrus. may reflect deficits dorsal stream ventral stream. (2)Two increased connectivities 64 decreased brain analysis. most concentrate temporal cortex. suggest that be caused information transmission.
