摘要: We report on the investigation of organic interfaces by atomic (AFM) and dynamic force microscopy (DFM). The interaction Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films with solid substrates was tested AFM revealing different sticking properties for various LB molecules. Specifically, 2-docosylamino-5-nitropyridine (DCANP) were inspected their direct use in optical waveguides. defect concentration within found to depend both ageing film composition. Poly(ethylene) (PE) polymer prepared methods. graphoepitaxial growth metallic particles polymeric then observed non-contact SFM. Ultra-drawn PE showed be most promising candidates organic/inorganic assemblies due semi-crystalline character uniaxial orientation. Bovine Serum Albumine (BSA) proteins finally adsorbed functionalized Au surfaces. Dynamic SFM investigations reveal preferred adsorption amine terminated substrates.
