摘要: A process for producing a modified thermoplastic resin by modifying in molten state, wherein carbon dioxide is used as the reaction medium an amount of 2 to 200 parts weight per 100 starting resin. According this process, efficiency and uniformity can be remarkably enhanced without using organic solvent resins lowered content unreacted components easily efficiently obtained at low cost.
