摘要: Mature Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) was purified from the culture medium of infected lymphocytes made functionally conditional for Zta activation lytic replication by an in-frame fusion with a mutant estrogen receptor. Proteins in preparations were separated gradient gel electrophoresis and trypsin-digested; peptides then analyzed tandem hydrophobic chromatography, MS sequencing, scans. Potential matched EBV human gene ORFs. mostly composed homologues proteins previously found herpes virion. However, to simplex capsid-associated or tegument components UL7 (BBRF2), UL14 (BGLF3), BFRF1 not significantly detected. Instead, probable included γ-herpesvirus-encoded BLRF2, BRRF2, BDLF2 BKRF4 proteins. Actin also major protein, cofilin, tubulin, heat shock protein 90, 70 substantial components. envelope glycoprotein gp350 highly abundant, followed gH, intact furin-cleaved gB, gM, gp42, gL, gp78, gp150, gN. BILF1 (gp64) associated latent infection detected virions.
