摘要: We describe our experience with the use of automatic core biopsy system for percutaneous renal and compare this a standard needle. Three hundred twenty-three biopsies were performed between June 1983 January 1993. From through October 1990, 232 needle (Tru-cut needle; Travenol Laboratories, Deerfield, IL) from November 1990 1993, 91 conducted (Biopty gun C.R. Bard, Inc, Covington, GA). Biopsies prior to reviewed retrospectively, while those after in prospective manner. The primary indications evaluate proteinuria (48.9%) manifestations systemic lupus erythematosus (26.0%). two groups patients similar respect sex, age, serum creatinine, coagulation parameters. Material light microscopy, immunofluorescence electron microscopy was obtained 98.9%, 97.8% cases, respectively, system, these values did not differ significantly (99.6%, 96.1 %, 97.8%). Significantly more glomeruli by per specimen versus (28 ± 15 21 13, respectively; P
