摘要: Improved water resistance of hardened UF resins for plywood was achieved by addition up to 20% on resin solids the hydrochloride salt hydrolysed waste nylon fibre obtained from ladies stockings. The is added in powder form directly glue mix ease handling, and also functions as only hardener resin. remains a finely devided suspension at ambient temperature ensuring long pot-life. Its rapid dissolution line increases during hot pressing ensures availability both acid hardening short oligomers reaction with length still present coreact forming majority an unitary hardened, solid network. amidic groups body chains are shown react methylol thus bound network series methylene linkages between its secondary amide urea. determining parameter regards performance results set conditions used hydrolyse prepare salt. waterproofing approaches, but lower than, that melamine-urea-formaldehyde adhesives low melamine content.
