摘要: The emerging view of the plant cell wall is a dynamic and responsive structure that exists as part continuum with plasma membrane cytoskeleton. This must be adaptable to normal processes growth well stresses such wounding, attack from pathogens mechanical stimuli. Cell expansion involving loosening, deposition new materials, subsequent rigidification tightly regulated allow maintenance integrity co-ordination development. Similarly, sensing feedback are necessary for respond stress or pathogen attack. Currently, understanding mechanisms utilized by plants regulate these limited, although we can learn yeast, where signalling pathways have been more clearly defined. Plant walls possess unique complicated structure, but it protein components likely play crucial role at forefront perception, include variety sensor receptor systems. Recent research has yielded number interesting candidates sensors receptors, beginning understand they may in this aspect biology.
