Specifically, revised 33-item accounted for 29.3% variance Beck Depression Inventory-Second Edition (A. Beck, R. A. Steer, G. K. Brown, 1996) scores, 11.4% Anxiety Inventory 1993) 18.2% scores on Hopkins Symptom Checklist-21 (D. E. Green, F. H. Walkey, I. McCormick, W. Taylor, 1988) when controlling impression management. Despite this support overall authors' examination found no evidence existence separate subscale dimensions, suggested by theory upon which was designed. Implications these findings are presented.
