摘要: Background Microsurgery training is critical to the practice of microvascular procedures in many surgical areas. However, even simple require different levels complex skills. Therefore, simulation-based training, mainly area vascular anastomosis, great importance. In this paper, we present a new microsurgery model for development basic advanced microsurgical Methods Porcine kidneys were purchased from legal butchery slaughterhouse. First, washed with water remove blood and clots inside vessels. Then, dissection was performed throughout pedicle renal arteries segmentary branches. Finally, longitudinal sectioning kidney parenchyma expose vessels necessary training. Sixty end-to-end anastomoses performed. Specific instruments materials used perform dissections magnification by video system. We evaluated diameter vessels, time patency anastomosis. Results There no anatomical variation among porcine kidneys. The total length 25.80 ± 7.44 cm using arterial venous vessel. average 23.79 ± 4.55 minutes. For vessel diameters ≤ 3, 4 6, 7 10 mm, procedure times 27.68 ± 3.39, 22.92 ± 4.12, 20.77 ± 3.44 minutes, respectively. Regarding duration 26.17 ± 4.80 minutes, including durations 31.61 ± 3.86, 25.66 ± 4.19, 21.24 ± 3.79 minutes ≤ 7, 8 10, >10 mm, Positive achieved all surgeries. Conclusion The provides an inexpensive convenient biological modeling microanastomosis high fidelity structures.
