摘要: Human securin, encoded by pituitary tumor transforming gene 1, is implicated in several oncogenic processes the pathogenesis of brain tumors, including glioma. The aim present study was to examine effect securin on migration and invasion glioma cells. results revealed that overexpression LN-229 cells significantly increased transmigration abilities. By contrast, these abilities were reduced downregulation U373 Furthermore, demonstrated decreased levels matrix metalloproteinase 2 9, respectively. These findings indicate a promotive role for invasion, which may involve action metalloproteinases.
