摘要: In this letter, a coplanar waveguide (CPW) filter based on spoof surface plasmon polaritons (SSPPs) in the microwave frequency band is proposed, which can achieve multi-band transmission by using periodic holes etched middle line of CPW. Compared to conventional SSPP designs, proposed SSPP-based removes gradual structure for mode conversion. Simultaneously, efficiency high-order modes obviously improved employing both side grounds The physical mechanism explained with aid dispersion curves and electric field distributions. Experimental results validate concept, measured are good agreement simulated ones, indicates that find potential applications plasmonic integrated circuits at frequencies.
